New construction architectural plans by Ultavilla are tried and true, ready to permit plans. You can simply select the floor plan type, elevation style, and the square footage. The plans have already been developed and engineered and are ready within days.

When we take on a renovation / remodel project, we are not only excited about the prospective usability of the new space as well as its aesthetics, but we are also mindful of the resale value, construction costs and income generation potential,  in the priority determined by you. We begin with phase one, the programming phase, in which we seek to find out from you your project priorities, requirements, and aesthetic style preference. We then move to the digitization phase, where we perform a measurements survey and create an AutoCAD file of the existing structure. In phase three, we formulate the rough conceptual plan for the remodel, seek any refinements ideas you may have. In phase four, our schematic design phase, we fully design the model and optimize it. Upon your approval, we move to phase five, where we finalize the plans, and dimension and annotate them for construction.

How one furnishes and decorates their place has as large an impact as does the original architecture itself. If done well, it accentuates the strengths of the architecture while minimizing any of its short comings. If done expertly, it creates not only a pleasant environment, but one that is distinctly memorable, setting the place apart from others.

 

There is much involved in the art and science of proper furnishing and decoration. Style, scale, height, mass, proportions, materials, textures, shapes, colors. Complementary vs contrasting colors, primary vs muted, clutter vs sparsity, linearity vs curvature, cold vs warm materials, rough vs smooth textures, tall vs flat accessories. Proper use of mirrors, impactful art work and their locations. All of it must be done while staying to true to style throughout.
